Return and Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges are subject to our policy.

Refund amount will be made to the original form of payment. We will not refund to match promotional discounts or coupon codes, as they do not apply to previous purchases.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Any defective item or incorrect must be reported to us within 30 days of the shipment. After 30 days the manufacture is responsible for any repairs/replacements. Any defective item or incorrect shipment within the 30 days of the original shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.

Before returning/exchanging any item, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please have your Invoice Number available. Our business hours are Mon-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm eastern standard time. 800-890-1000

All returns/exchanges must have an RMA number issued prior to acceptance of product returned.

RMA shipments received MUST have an RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package and include a packing list with a copy of the original invoice or it may be refused, unopened and returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.

The RMA Returns must be an Ident-A-Kid Services of America product, the product specified by the RMA. Otherwise the RMA will be void and product will be returned.

Upon receipt of RMA Returns, Ident-A-Kid Services of America will verify that RMA products received are those as specified by the RMA.

Returns:

You can return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order.

On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Please allow 10 business days after receipt for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please call (800)890-100 or (727)577-4646 for further assistance.

Exchanges:

If you need to make an exchange for another item:
Please make sure that the item you are sending back is in the original packaging and is in new/unused condition.

You can exchange new, unused items within 30 days of ship date for an exchange. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. When we receive the item back, we will verify the exchange order placed and then credit or debt your account for the difference in price.
